Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free for those who are placing an order within the United States. If your order is placed before 3PM Pacific time your order will most likely be shipped out the same day. Refer to the map above for product arrival estimates depending on your location. A signature of an adult may be required for you to obtain your package. We do not ship to minors and all of our products are intended to be used by those legally allowed to purchase tobacco products. Please check your states laws and regulations before placing an order.
Here at Sky High Smoke Shop we pride ourselves for our discreet shipping. The items you have ordered will arrive in standard unmarked boxes or standard shipment boxes from either USPS, Fedex or UPS. The shipping label will read “DHS Online INC” in order to ensure you will not expose the contents of your order by any means.
Used products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. If you are unhappy with your order and have not yet used the products you purchased you have 7 days to return or exchange your order. This 7 day return or exchange period starts from the day your products were delivered. Please contact support to get the proper return labels and packaging. We will not accept any returns if you automatically send it back to us prior to contacting support. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your entire order if you decide you want a refund or you can redeem store credit for the full amount as an alternative.
Refunds & Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order you must request for a cancellation to be made before we ship out your order. If we have already shipped out your order than we can not process a cancellation. If you are not satisfied with your order you have 7 days to contact support in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will only be made if: you have not received your order, it arrived in a damaged state, or you have not used the products and would like a refund or exchange. If your order was damaged during the shipping process you must reach out to us in order for our team to begin the refund process. If you didn’t like your order and would like a refund or an exchange you must reach out to our support team within 7 days from your original purchase date.
Broken Upon Arrival:
If you receive your order and find that a product is broken please make sure to take a picture of the broken artifacts and contact us as soon as possible. You have two business days upon receiving your package to notify are customer support team regarding broken products in order to be entitled to a refund or exchange. Once you contact our support department our staff members will evaluate the photos and contact you with further details needed to process your return or exchange. As stated in our return policy, we do not accept returns or allow refunds for items that have been used!
