How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once we receive your order our team immediately begins processing it. Once we have processed your order it will be shipped to you and this process can take anywhere from 1 – 4 days depending on where we have to ship the order too.
Is your Shipping Discreet?
Yes! All orders are packaged in plain brown shipping boxes with a standard shipping label which will read “DHS Online INC.” We understand the importance of privacy which is why we take extra precautions in order to maintain discretion.
How Can I Track My Order?

How can I cancel or modify my order?
If you would like to cancel or modify your order please send us an email at: Support@skyhighsmokeshop.com Please Note, once an order has been shipped out we cannot process a refund.
What do I do if I did receive get my order?
We highly suggest tracking your package before reaching out to our support team. If your tracking status reads “In Transit” or “Delivered” please call the shipping provider. If a long period of time has passed and you have not received your order you can email our support team and we will do our best to figure out where your package is.
I received my order but it was broken when it arrived. What do I do?
We have tested many various methods in order to ensure our products are not damaged once they are shipped to the client. Unfortunately, under unique circumstances, you may run into this issue. If this happens to you please contact our support team and we will guide you through the proper steps in order to get you a replacement. All products which “arrive broken” must not be used, if you have used the product you will not be eligible for a refund nor replacement.
Where Do You Ship From?
We currently ship all of our order from Los Angeles, California.
Which forms of payment are accepted?
Sky High Smoke Shop accepts all major credit and debit cards.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged once you place the order. If you have placed the order by mistake please contact us as soon as possible.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once a refund has been processed it may take between 2-5 days for you to get your money back.
What will the charge look like on my bill?
All charges made by Sky High Smoke Shop will appear as “DHS Online Inc.” We make sure not to include any phrases which may attract unwanted attention.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
When placing an order, you will have to pay for sales tax on your order only if the item is being shipped to California.
Where can I find my receipt or order invoice?
If you would like to locate your receipt or invoice please check your email. If you have not received a receipt you can check the “My Orders” section within your account. If you would like to be transferred directly to this section please click here.
Do you guys accept coupons?
Yes we do! We love give our clients discounts! If you have a coupon or promo code please enter it upon checkout. If you do not have a coupon please sign up to our email list to enter our weekly promos.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all products that have not been used. Please note, we have a mandatory 25% restocking free which will be applied when we process your refund.
